Items
without embroidery or screen printing.
All items that are order without any embroidery or
screen printing on the item can be returned, and the
monies will be refunded with a 15% restocking fee
deducted. The purchaser has 15 days to return the order after received
if the items are not satisfactory.
Items with
embroidery or screen printing.
If the customer has approved the art and the items have
been embroidered and or screen printed and the items
have been shipped out or received, then there will be no
refunds.
Items damaged by
shipping.
If the items have been damaged when shipped, please
contact us directly and email us promptly of the
situation.
In the email, please describe the damage to the best of
your abilities and we will either resend new items once
we receive the damaged, or we can refund your money
minus the shipping charges.
Items received damaged, not to your specifications or in
poor quality
Contact us
promptly and we will do our best to remedy the problem.
If the items are not to your specifications and is so as
a result of our fault we will refund your money.
If the items are "dirty" or "damaged" and it's not the
fault of the shipper, we will replace the damaged items
with new ones.

charges except if the shipment is damaged in route by
